A great opportunity has arisen to join Adam’s Morey as a Workshop Supervisor at their site in Basingstoke.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise and maximise staff effectively to exceed monthly targets.
• Competent in reviewing and timing job cards in line with the manufacture’s guidelines.
• Updating customers with progress of their vehicles.
• Reacting/resolving customer complaints as they happen.
• Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment with special emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.
• Ensure the preparation of all vehicles leaving the workshop is completed to high standards.

• Organised and have a methodical working practice.

• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and plan workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays for 4 hours i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minute lunch (unpaid).
